Following are the terms and conditions between client and Rural Management Consultants Pvt Ltd. (RMCPL) for executive search services of RMCPL.
Search Process
Each Search is tailor-made, factoring diagnostic, consultative and comprehensive approach in partnership with the client and fully leveraging our cobweb kind of networking to hunt the most suitable person for the job. It involves identification, assessment and verification of candidates by us in line with the understanding of the job and the company environment.
Mutual Commitment Advance
An advance equal to Rs. 50,000 per position to be adjusted while raising respective invoice.
Professional fees:
The fee is success based only. 50% of the fee is payable upon issuing the letter of appointment and balance 50% upon joining of the candidate. For Fee details, kindly contact at bharti@ruralnaukri.com.
