Programme Implementation

• Lead the livelihood portfolio of Shamayita Math.

• Identify and design programs in agriculture and allied sector

• Guide team in preparation and finalization of Project Implementation Plan with team

• Ensure quality execution of interventions in the field

• Establish processes for review, monitoring and supportive supervision

• Provide regular hand holding support and guidance to program team

• Oversee budget preparation, fund utilization and facilitate planning and implementation process

Liaising with external stakeholders

• Relationship building and establish convergence of programs with stakeholders like departments, universities, civil societies etc.

• Drive program team towards meeting commitments made to stakeholders like donors and Departments

• Work closely with the policy function, wherein linkages with the key government programs towards strengthening their execution and further strengthening the policy space

• Ensure that reliable information is generated from programs to support the development of communications materials, and evidence for advocacy work along with its quality dissemination at various important platforms

• Focus needs to be on raising of funds from other Donors, Government and CSR funds from submitting proposals for new programs and following up on their requirements.

Team Building, Management & Leadership

• Actively contribute by guiding program team towards capacity building initiatives and build a good working culture within the organization

• Provide regular mentoring and guidance to team members at field location
