The Program Manager will be based in Bangalore reporting directly to the Senior Program Manager – Agri Commodities and functionally to the Programs Director.

The Program Manager will have people responsibilities over the Senior Program Officer – Agri Commodities.

Primary Accountabilities:

1. Program Scale up and Implementation

2. Operations Management

3. Stakeholder Engagement

4. Monitoring and Evaluation

5. Financial Management

6. Learning

Key Requirements:

1. Master degree in agriculture, environmental management or business administration

2. 8-10 years of relevant experience in program development and implementation within international organizations.

3. Proficiency in project management tools on carbon emission measurement is desirable

4. Travel to locations in Karnataka and Kerala

5. Spoken English and Hindi. Working Knowledge of Kannada or Malayalam.
